Shipping & Cancellation Policy

All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), and all charges will be processed in Indian Rupees. We use a ground-based courier service for deliveries within India. Shipping within India may take up to 7 to 10 business days, depending on your state or area. Some pin codes may not be eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) service. Orders below Rs. 599 will incur a minimum shipping charge of Rs. 49. Additionally, a minimal COD fee of Rs. 50 will be charged on all COD orders.

Damaged Product Policy

If you receive a damaged product, please register a complaint immediately. Only one return or replacement request will be entertained per order. Customers are advised not to accept any defective or damaged products at the time of delivery.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. However, you may have your order delivered to any valid address within India.

Offers and Promotional Codes

To avail of a special promotion, customers must be signed in and enter the promo code on the shopping cart page before checkout. The discount will be applied automatically upon entering the correct promo code.

  • Offer codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as displayed.

  • Only one offer code may be used per order.

  • Offer codes do not apply to already discounted items.

Payment Options

Nature Care Ayurveda accepts payments via Razor Pay. Please do not send credit card information via email, as email is not a secure method for transmitting sensitive payment details.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure safe and encrypted transactions. SSL is an industry-approved standard that provides mutual authentication, data encryption, and data integrity for online transactions.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, an order confirmation will appear on the screen. You will also receive an email confirmation with your order number.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

    • Requests to cancel orders will be considered but are not guaranteed.

    • Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled.

    • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing the order at naturecareayurveda001@gmail.com or call 9990009516.

  • Order Cancellation by Nature Care Ayurveda: We may cancel an order under the following circumstances:

    • Product is unavailable or out of stock.

    • Limitations on purchase quantities.

    • Errors in product pricing or descriptions.

    • Inaccurate or insufficient address details.

    • Non-serviceable locations.

If your order is canceled post-payment, the full amount will be refunded within 15 business days.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • If an order is canceled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded within 15 business days.

  • If the payment was made via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, the refund may take up to 15 working days, depending on your bank's policies.

  • Refunds to e-wallets should be available within 24 hours.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched or shipped.

Maximum Purchase Policy

Products and services available on our website are intended for personal use only. Some products may have a maximum purchase quantity limit. If a customer attempts to purchase beyond this limit, they will be restricted from purchasing those products again for two weeks. If a consumer is found reselling our products, legal action may be taken.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing the tracking details. You can track your order through the link provided on our website or your account page.
