Nature Care Ayurveda is the leading ayurvedic solution for fixing stubborn problems related to your health. This page deals with our shipping and cancellation of products policy.
All the prices mentioned on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), and all charges will be processed in Indian Rupees as well. We make use of a ground-based courier service for deliveries within India. Shipping within India may take up to 7 to 10 business days, depending on your state or area.
Some pin codes may not be eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) service. For orders below Rs. 599, there will be a minimum shipping charge of Rs. 49. Additionally, a minimal COD fee of Rs. 50 will be charged on all COD orders.
DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY
In case you receive damaged produce, we encourage you to register a complaint immediately. However, we will entertain either a return or a replacement request per order, so make it with caution. Moreover, the customers are advised to not accept any damaged or defective products at the time of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At present, we do not offer international shipping to our clients. However, you can order to any valid address or PIN code within PAN India.
OFFERS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
To avail a special promotion, the customer must be signed in and enter the promo code on the shopping cart page before checking out. The discount will be automatically applied upon entering the correct code. However, you need to be careful about these things:
- The offer codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as displayed.
- Only one offer code may be used per order.
- All the offer codes do not apply to already discounted items.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Nature Care Ayurveda accepts all payments via Razor Pay. We advise you to not send your credentials via email, as it is not an encrypted and secure method for transmitting sensitive payment details.
SAFE SHOPPING GUARANTEE
We make use of the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for ensuring safe and encrypted transactions. The SSL is an industry-approved standard that provides mutual authentication, data encryption, and data integrity for online transactions.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation, which will appear on the screen. Moreover, you will receive an email confirmation entailing your order number.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
There are two types of cancellation that might happen: 1. Customer-initiated cancellation or 2. Order cancellation by Nature Care Ayurveda. In each case, the process to proceed differs; for this reason, we have mentioned in detail the two in this part.
- CUSTOMER-INITIATED CANCELLATION

- The request to cancel the order will be considered but is not guaranteed.
- Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled.

- ORDER CANCELLATION BY NATURE CARE AYURVEDA
We may cancel your order under one of the following circumstances.
- Product is unavailable or out of stock.
- Limitations on purchase quantities.
- Errors in product pricing or descriptions.
- Insufficient or inaccurate address details.
- Non-serviceable locations.
If your order is canceled post-payment, we assure you that the full amount will be refunded to the source account within 15 business days.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
In case your order is cancelled before the shipment is made, the entire amount of payment will be refunded within the interval of 15 business days to the actual source account.
Moreover, if the payment was made via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refund amount will be returned depending on your bank’s return policies. All the refunds to the e-wallets will be available within 24 hours. In addition to this, the orders cannot be canceled once shipped or dispatched.
MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
All the products and services on our website are available for personal use only. Some products may have a maximum purchase quantity limit, meaning a customer will be restricted from purchasing beyond this limit. However, they can buy the remaining products again after 2 weeks. In case a consumer is found reselling our products, strict legal actions may be taken.
ORDER TRACKING
Users can track their respective orders after they are shipped; you will receive an email or SMS containing the tracking details. Moreover, you can track the orders through the links provided on our website or account page.
