Return & Replacement Policy

At Nature Care Ayurveda, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you receive a wrong or completely damaged product, we will issue a replacement. Please review our return and replacement policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

  • We accept returns only for wrong or completely damaged products.

  • The product must be returned in an unused, sellable, and undamaged condition with its original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 15 days from the delivery date.

  • Missing items, wrong orders, or excess charges must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Single products from kits or combos cannot be canceled or returned.

Return Process

  • Only products purchased from Nature Care Ayurveda are eligible for returns.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products bought from third-party websites or physical stores.

  • To process a return, fill out the returns form available in the ‘My Account’ section or email us at naturecareayurveda001@gmail.com.

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for the return process. Our customer service team will contact you once the return is processed.

Terms & Conditions

  • A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returned items.

  • Each item is eligible for replacement only once.

  • Shipping costs and COD convenience fees are non-refundable.

  • All promotional or gift items received with the order must be returned.

  • Opened or used products will not be replaced unless reviewed by our team under special circumstances.

  • If eligible, the product can only be replaced with a product of the same or lesser value; we do not refund the difference. If the replacement product exceeds the original value, the difference must be paid.

  • There may be slight variations in product color due to different device displays.

  • Refunds may take 7 to 10 working days, depending on the payment method.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.

  • Returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, and accessories.

  • The serial number is tampered with.

  • The defective product is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • The product has been used or altered.

  • The return request is initiated after 7 business days of delivery.

  • The product is a free gift provided by the brand.

  • A single product from a kit/combo is returned.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 15 days once approved by our team.

  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque in favor of the “Billing Name” on the order.

  • Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds via e-wallets may reflect within 24 hours.
