Return & Replacement Policy
At Nature Care Ayurveda, we strive to make sure that our customers are satisfied with every purchase. For this reason, we have a strict and firm return and replacement policy. This policy ensures that if our users receive a wrong or completely damaged product, we will issue a replacement to them.
On this page, you will find our return and replacement policy in detail. Please read this page before purchasing any of our products and services.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We allow or accept returns only if they match and align with the below-mentioned factors.
- The product should be returned in an unused, undamaged and sellable condition, along with its original packaging.
- We accept returns only for completely damaged or wrong products.
- The return request must be initiated within the period of 15 days from the date of delivery.
- If you receive wrong orders, have wrong orders or get excess charges, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
Any freebies or single products from combos or kits cannot be canceled or returned.
RETURN PROCESS OF THE PRODUCTS
- You can only return the products purchased from the Nature Care Ayurveda website.
- Returns will not be accepted for products bought from third-party platforms, physical stores, etc.
- You can easily apply for returns by filling out the return form available under the My Account section, or you can email the team at naturecareayurveda001@gmail.com.
- Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the return process to take place. Once the return is processed, our customer service team will get in touch with you.
Terms and Conditions
- The shipping costs and COD convenience fees are non-refundable.
- Each item bought from the site can be returned only once.
- A copy of the original invoice must accompany the returned items.
- All promotional or gift items must be returned with the product.
- If you have used or opened the products, they automatically get denied for replacement or return.
- In special circumstances, our team will review the products for defects, and then only the product will be eligible for replacement.
- If eligible, the product will only be replaced with a product of the same or lesser value. We do not refund the difference under any circumstances.
- In case the replacement products exceed the usual value, the difference must be paid by the customer itself.
- There may be slight variation in product color due to the different device displays.
- Refunds usually take 7 to 10 working days to produce, depending on the payment method and type of product.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS TO BE DENIED
- The product is damaged due to overuse or misuse.
- It was returned without the original packaging, including the price tags, labels, and accessories.
- The serial number of the product is tampered with by the consumer.
- Certain product defects aren't eligible under our manufacturer’s warranty.
- The said product has been altered or used.
- Any freebies provided by Nature Care Ayurveda.
- A singular product from the combo deal is returned.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are processed in 15 days after our team approves the return of the products. Moreover, for the prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to the source account or payment mode. In case you have opted for a COD order, the refund will be processed via UPI, bank transfer, or cheque in favor of the billing name on the order.
This information will be requested by our team after the product is eligible for return. Additionally, the shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable. If the consumer opts for the e-wallet option, their refund will be reflected within 24 hours after the eligibility is verified by our team of associates.
